Experienced academic library department heads/hiring agents scan the librarian job horizon and share their views of job opportunities in academic libraries. They will offer their suggestions concerning the characteristics, qualities and knowledge/skill base of successful professional hires.  A recent MLIS graduate and successful job search participant shares her experiences and advice on how to handle job interviews and related matters.
