Making Effective Decisions (a 2-part series) - Part 1

Part 1 ~ Decision Making: The Process
Have you ever thought about the actual process of making a decision? Yes? No? Maybe?? Realizing that there is indeed a process and understanding why it’s important will help you clarify your thoughts when you are struggling to make a decision. In this session, you’ll learn about the 7 steps to making effective decisions – and the benefits of including each one of those steps in your process.
We’ll also look out how to go about developing options. We’ll unpack the idea of creativity and risk-taking in the decision-making process. We’ll gain an understanding of why both are important and why you also need to understand the goal of your decision. After all, if you don’t know where you’re going, how will you know if you’ve arrived?
This webinar will be delivered via SEFLIN Connect. Log-in information will be emailed approximately one week before the course.
Register separately for Part 2 ~ Barriers to Effective Decision Making
Note: Either of these sessions will help you be more effective in your decision making - we encourage you to attend both to get the maximum benefit!
