learn how Fighting Irish Digital Media engaged fans and stakeholders
through their 2012 Season Review and BCS Championship Game app.
Showcasing season highlights, player bios, and the rich
traditions of the university, Notre Dame was able to actively engage its
fan base, easily convert existing content to digital, and speed
time-to-market for their app. Join us for this exciting glimpse into the
mobile strategy of one of the nation's most talked about athletic programs.
Tim O'Connor Fighting Irish Digital
As part of Fighting Irish Digital Media (FIDM), Tim O'Connor oversees
digital and social media strategy for Notre Dame Athletics. Tim's team
consists of a social media community manager and a blogger, who are
responsible for engagement with Irish fans on all major social media
platforms. He is a 2002 graduate of the University of Notre Dame, where he
majored in design.
