Librarian for the West Des Moines (Iowa) Public Library, will recount her
experiences earlier this year working with Boopsie, Inc. to create a library
mobile app: why her library chose to go with a private developer instead of
"DIY mobile app", pros and cons of this decision, costs (money and
time), their experience with the process, and why they're glad they "went
mobile".
