John Dove, senior publisher at Credo Reference, will take a
look at how Google has evolved as a search engine and share their stated vision
for the future. He will then contrast that with Credo’s vision of an online
reference system that captures some of the best insights and understandings
that reference librarians have about their users and users’ needs.
