Oct: Five Hats of Instructional Design (InSynch)

Oct. 27, 2014   1-2pm EST

If you are an instructional designer (ID), you already know that your job requires you to wear many “hats” to be effective. Some of these hats, such as “design guru” and “program manager” are familiar to most IDs and well documented in the learning community. But others are less well known and worth exploring because they shed light on the wide range of skills necessary to be effective in the ID role. Please join veteran learning developer James Goldsmith and your colleagues for this highly interactive presentation on five of the lesser known, but no less important hats of instructional design. Two for consideration are “choreographer” and “marriage counselor.” To find out about the other three, you’ll have to join the session!
