Edgy Librarian



Califa and Infopeople are proud to present the fourth annual online conference, The Edgy Librarian on February 1, 2013!  Come and join us online (no travel required!) for a full day of learning including: 

- a keynote from Jamie LaRue of Douglas County Libraries (Colorado), 
- an update on the Internet Archive's digitization work from IA founder Brewster Kahle, 
- Library-owned eBook platform update from Califa/Contra Costa County and (just added), NC Live, a North Carolina consortium that is also building a platform.
- Maker Spaces at Mountain View
- Discover and Go; Innovation from Contra Costa County Library

The fun kicks off at 10am, and goes until 3pm on February 1.  You can watch as a group in a conference room ($75 for a group) or on your own at your own desk ($50).
