This course will examine services and spaces in all types of libraries, as well as serving users of all different ages. Course participants will complete a course project focusing on designing and adapting services and spaces of their choice in their library setting with regard to one of four service areas. Course participants will leave with a wealth of practical ideas and inspiration for moving their libraries forward and strategies for changing to better serve their communities.
